Outdoor classes
We have some fabulous outdoors classes in gorgeous locations. Please remember to dress for the weather!
"Beautiful surroundings with the ever changing seasons and weather; the smells of trees, grass and water; birdsong and distant sounds of happy people; the sun, wind (and sometimes rain!) on the skin….. all of these things seem to heighten the experience of doing Tai Chi"
"Tai Chi is one of the highlights of my week. Very friendly, and leaves me feeling fitter, stretched, relaxed and 'outdoor immersed,' come wind or rain or sunshine!"

All of our lovely classes work on a pay-as-you-go basis, taking into account today’s busy lifestyles - please remember to book your place in advance.
Payment is by cash or card on the day, Paypal or BACS by arrangement.
We are old school! We have no online booking system: to book a class you will have to contact us by email/text or a phone call
